He is survived by: his children, Tammy Anderson (Steve Clifton), Kim Parmer, Russell Parmer (Vicki), Larry Parmer (Sarah) and Scott Parmer; his grandchildren, Teresa, Tara, Chelsea, Corie, Cody, Justin, Ashley, Destiney, Kiersten, Erica, Gage, Haley, Hunter, Ava, Colyn and Jessica; and his siblings, Nelly Dysert, Maxine True and Larry Parmer (Teddie). He is also survived by twenty three great grandchildren.
