She was predeceased by: her parents, Thaddeus W. Wagstaff and Carrie S. Wallace Wagstaff; her husband Joe Carter; and her siblings, Alvin Wagstaff, Ellsworth Hutchison, William Hutchison and Frederick Hutchison.
She is survived by: her children, Lana Williams (Glenn) of Lima, OH, Renay Fullerton (Rick) of Bellefontaine, Scott Carter (Jill) of Pinehurst, NC, Tammy White (Mike) of Lima, Tim Carter of Lima and Nannette Schneider (Nick) of Cleveland, TN; and her sister Evelyn Ferguson (Gerald) of Miamisburg, OH. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is requested that attendees be symptom free and to wear a mask in accordance with state guidelines.
