It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa A Hall of Bellefontaine, Ohio, born in Pelham, Georgia, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathew Hall Sr. and Mary Ella Ervin; and her brother Joe Hall. She is survived by: her son Marcus Taylor; and her siblings, Mattie Gifford, Mary Smith, Mathew Hall Jr. (Virnel) and Lewis "Carl" Hall (Jo). She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
