He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edgar and Mildred Frances Leasure (Burton); and his siblings, Cheryl Segura and Roy Leasure, Jr.. He is survived by: his former wife Margaret "Peg" Diener; his sons, Christopher Leasure (Kelly) of Bellefontaine, Dusty Leasure of Dublin and Chad Carey (Jill) of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Kirsten Brisson (Matt), Ross Leasure, Josh Carey and Ashton Carey; his great grandchild Brooks Brisson; his sister Diantha Colwell (Fred) of Deland, Florida; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Leasure of Huntsville, Ohio and Gabe Segura of Costa Rica; and his wife Janice McDonald. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
