He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Horsley and Mable Reed (Osborne); his wife Mary Louise Horsley (Horne); and his siblings, Beatie, Ernest Horsley and Carl Horsley.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Horsley (Jan) of Bellefontaine, David Horsley (Kari) of Urbana, Brenda Rogan of Bellefontaine, Christine Horsley of Bellefontaine, Rodney Horsley of Bellefontaine and Teresa Mathers of Bellefontaine; and his siblings, Elva Karns, Margaret Truesdale, Kitty Stanley, Judy Cauley and Larry Reed. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
