He is survived by: his wife Dixie Cornelius; his son Dave Shoffner (Janelle) of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Kyle, Kale and Kelly Shoffner; his siblings, Joan Manns, Kate Newman (Bill), Charles Shoffner (Ruth) and Tim Shoffner (Alene); and his niece Debra Newman (Jerry).
