He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth G. Fultz and Gladys E. Fultz (Bell); his wife Marian A. Panning of Napoleon; and his sister Sarah L. Lyman (Sally). He is survived by: his children, Michael Fultz (Deborah), Robert Fultz (Linda), Richard Fultz (Lynne), Susan Shields (Gary) and John Fultz (April); and his brothers, Kenneth J. Fultz, George W. Fultz and Daniel Fultz (Betty). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
