He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Fischer and Joyce Fischer (Burnside); and his brother Michael Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Maria D. "Carmen" Fischer (Benavides) of East Liberty; his children, Casey Fischer (Denton Plikerd) of Belle Center, Ohio, Corey Fischer (Jessica) of West Liberty and Christian Fischer of East Liberty; his grandchildren, Kyla Fischer and Mason Plikerd; and his brother Gary Fischer of North Lewisburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
