She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Salyers and Ethel Mae Salyers; and her siblings, Anita Seiser and Mike Salyers. She is survived by: her husband Gary Heath; her daughters, Sherry Heath of Bellefontaine, Nicole Carson (Carl) of Bellefontaine and Michelle Robinson (Rich) of Bellefontaine; her grandchildren, Justin Davis, Coty Davis, Cade Carson, Ella Carson, Payton Robinson and Makenzie Robinson; her great grandchildren, Alexis of Colten, J. J., Kaylynn, Gannon and Acelynn; and her siblings, Marge Clossan (Mike), Francis Salyers (Gloria), Chalmers Salyers, Wiley "Walt" Salyers (Rhonda) and Jerry Salyers. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
