He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur E. Allen and Monna M. Reed Allen; his wife Beverly Jo Allen (Raymond Graham); his son Bobby Allen; and his son-in-law Randy Hurst.
He is survived by: his friend Rob St. Clair; his children, Richard "Mike" Allen of Lima, Deborah Johnson of Bellefontaine, Diana Sue Hurst of Bellefontaine, John Allen of Bellefontaine and Lorrinda Anne Cushwa (James) of Lovilia, IA; his grandchildren, Steve Reames (Amy), Chad Wilt (Amanda), Mike Allen (Stormy), Timothy Allen, Kasi Johnson, Kari Johnson, Sarah Allen, Joey Ewing (Rob), Lyndsie McGuire (Shawn), Michael Cushwa, Penny Rosebrook and Joey Rosebrook; his great grandchildren, Chad, Jr., Paige, Ryan, Ethan, Stevie Jr., Katie, Sebastian, Zoey, Sammy, Ryder, Karsyn, Kaesyn, Braden, Vanessa, Jack, Waylon, Camille and Cameron; and his friends, Joe Rosebrook, Dale Johnson, Pete Hatfield, Joni Bateman Elleman, Mark Bateman, Bob Eleyet (Gidget) and Chris Fry. He is also survived by many great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
