With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Collum of Bellefontaine, Ohio, born in Belle Center, Ohio, who passed away on November 2, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Collum and Betty B. Collum (Henry). He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Collum (Ward); his children, Lance E. Collum (Jenny), Brent R. Collum (Amber) and Samantha Stephens; and his sisters, Nancy Sue LeVan and Kimberly Kay Reames. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
