He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cecil Norton and Jeanette Moriah Reames; his grandmother Ricketts; his siblings, C. Howard "Ken" Norton (Scotty) and Marie Russell; and his brother-in-law Elmer Dortzbach.
He is survived by: his spouse Kandy Shroyer Wright; his sister Marjorie Dortzbach of Penney Farms, FL; and his children, Shirley Hammond of Logan County, Ric Norton (Tina) of Logan County, Robin Price (Steve) of Logan County, Angela Knapp (Tim) of Logan County, Mary Davis (Brian) of Logan County and Sarah Elliott (Dean) of Logan County. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Due to state Covid-19 pandemic guidelines, attendees are asked to be symptom free, maintain social distancing and wear a facial covering.
