She is survived by: her husband Curtis "Mike" Black; her daughters, Sandra "Shelly" Keykens of Zanesfield, Sasha Beair of Bellefontaine and Shirley "Niki" Hayman of Lakeview; and her siblings, Lisa Fultz and David Hemker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many special friends.
