He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Stevens of Bellefontaine and Brandy Stevens of Dayton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Dominic Smith, Ambria Pittman, Harley Pittman and Curtis Pittman; his stepdaughter Rebekah Lasyone; and his siblings, John Stevens (Cheri) of Bellefontaine, Mark Stevens (Paula) of West Mansfield, Robert Stevens of Huntsville, Ohio and Teresa Cunningham of Bellefontaine. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
