It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randolph W. Loy of Bellefontaine, Ohio, born in Sidney, Ohio, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Warren Loy; and his stepdaughter Beth Mathews. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Loy (Evelsizor) of Bellefontaine; his sons, Nathan Loy of Florida and JJ Loy (Lindsay) of Florida; his siblings, Mike Loy (Ann) of Botkins, Cyndy Decker (Bill) of Columbus, Annette Elsass (Lynn) of Wapakoneta and Anna Nichols (Paul) of Botkins; and his stepchildren, David Mathews, Amber Mathews and Trenton Mathews of Bellefontaine. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
