It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Joan Stinson of Bellefontaine, Ohio, born in Logan, Ohio, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Shafer and Beatrice Shafer (Fout); her grandparents, Earl Plum and Mary Lulu Shafer (Shultz); and her sisters, Maxine Shafer, Pauline Hurless and Janet Shafer.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Thomas; her grandchildren, Scott Barnett (Morghan) and Megan Thomas; and her great grandchild Carter Barnett of Lakeview.
