It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip C. Moore of Bellefontaine, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Blanchard; his daughter Roseanna Lee Moore; and his sister Cindy Evans. He is survived by: his former wife Shelley Moore of Bellefontaine; his stepsons, Dustin Rogan (Sara Smith) and Justin Rogan (Carly Bradley); his stepgrandchildren, Jaidyn, Junior, Jada and Lennox; and also Bjay Moore. He is also survived by several step-brothers and step-sisters.
