She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Pat" Earick and Vivian Earick (Sheeley); her husband Raymond "Andy" Pequignot Jr.; her grandson Shane Jackson; and her sister Connie Wilcoxon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Jackson (Tony) of Bellefontaine and Cheryl Collinsworth (Tony Longbrake) of Florida; her grandchildren, Scott Jackson, Brandt Jackson and Kennedy Collinsworth; and her sisters, Jan Butler of Bellefontaine, Judy Doseck of Bellefontaine and Patty Fanaff of Bellefontaine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
