He is survived by: his children, Eric Van Voorhis, Michael Van Voorhis, Kelly Van Voorhis (Kim Hill), Cindy Oppy (Mark) and Debra Van Voorhis. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a great-great grandson; four sisters; a brother and many nieces and nephews.
