He is survived by: his wife Margaret 'Maggie Ginn; his children, Kristie Kinney (George) of Bellefontaine, Oral Eugene Prater of Bellefontaine and Wes Prater of Anna, Ohio; his grandchildren, Mollie, Kelsey, Paige, Shawn, Aiden, Oliver and Zoey; and his sisters, Louise Bausman, Virginia Young, Carol Prater, Christine Prater and Darlene Johnson.
