He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cooper and Mary Cooper (Wilcox); and his siblings, Jerry Cooper and Barbara Wannemacher. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Campbell; his son William Trey Watt (Ashley); his grandchild Eden Watt; and his brothers, Donald Cooper (Susan) and Steven Cooper (Karen Moon). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews; and many other loving family members.
