He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Clifford and Clara Clark (Lynch); his son Neal Edward Clark II; his granddaughter Renee Lea Clark; his former wives, Caroline "Douchie" Clark (Greenwade) and Quo Vadis Clark (McGinnis); and his siblings, Vyrtle Boyd, Barbara George, Mary Cane, Lewis Clark, Warren Clark, Richard Clark and Lester Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Clark (Tonya Parsley) of Bellefontaine, Paul Dieringer of Bellefontaine, Deborah Stockton of Lexington and Monica Munger of Bellefontaine; and his siblings, Roscelle Clark and Betty Lou Rogan of Bellefontaine. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
