We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2020, at the age of 91, Mildred Eileen Charles of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Murrell A. and Lavon Chapman Sr. (Organ); and her brothers, Lawrence E. Chapman, Sherman Chapman and Murrell A. Chapman Jr. A.

She is survived by: her husband James R. Charles; her friends, Yahtzee Sundays, Jim, Becky, Megan and Mike; her son James "Jim" V. Charles of Bellefontaine; and her granddaughter Megan Nicholl (Mike). She is also survived by two step great grandchildren; one step great great grandchild; many nieces and nephews.
