He is survived by: his brother Ray Bell Jr.; his brother-in-law Jim Chick; his spouse Karen Bell (Chick); his children, Kimberly A. Bell (Kenny Day) of DeGraff, Heather Jo Whims (Mat) of Howard, Amy N. Van Horn (Kyle) of Bellefontaine and Justin Michael Bell (Felipe Mota) of Miami, Florida; his grandchildren, Logan Whims (Brittany), Griffin Whims, Crew Fullerton and Keegan Van Horn; his great grandchildren, Brady Whims and Gage Whims; his sisters, Barbara Lynn Cummins (John) and Beverly Anne Minnich (Bob); and his sisters-in-law, Janet Bell and Janet Chick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a special dog.
