He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alfred and Treva E. Fanaff (McDonald). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fanaff (Earick); his children, Craig Fanaff and Kara Fanaff; his grandchildren, Reese Fanaff of Bellefontaine and Xavier Jones of Bellefontaine; his brother Jeffrey Fanaff of Sidney, Ohio; and his friends, David Smith and Doug Brown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
