She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Deanna Claypool (Harvey), Bob Farley (Connie), Lan Farley (Mary), Fred Farley (Deniece), Melanie Brandt (Jim), Valerie Donahoe, Dan Shively (Brenda), LeeAnn Swonguer (Ron), Charlie Shively (Rhonda) and Betty Smith; her brother Ralph Shively; and her brother-in-law Don Ambos.
