She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Orpha Mabel Shields (Richesen); and her siblings, Harry, Howard, Orville, Albert, William Shields and Minnie Drake.
She is survived by: her son Curtis G. Bailey (Donna K.) of Wapakoneta, Ohio; her daughter-in-law Diane Bailey of Bellefontaine; and her grandsons, Shane Bailey (Kim), Paul Bailey (Kelsey), Joshua Bailey (Chelsey) and Dustin Bailey (Emily). She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
