He was predeceased by: his father Carre R. Carter; his brother Robert Shaun Carter; and his brother-in-law Mike Jenkins. He is survived by: his mother Patricia A. Carter (Tuffnell); his wife Patty Carter; his sons, Andy Carter (Bethany) and Tony Carter (Catherine); his grandchildren, Kaylie, Madelyn, Anthony, Ellison and Hannah; his parents-in-law, Don and Ann Rea; and his siblings, Gary Michael Carter (Sheri), Kerri Lynn Sullivan (Byron "Barney"), Stacey Leann Stahler (Jack) and Jennifer Jean DeMent (Gregg). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews; many brother.
