She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bernard and Noel Pauline O'Rielley (Davis); her husband Jay Bower Thackery; her brothers, Frank Davis O'Rielley and James Ernest O'Rielley; and her nephew John Michael O'Rielley.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Jay; her daughter-in-law Martha Thackery of Salisbury; her grandson Scott Matthew Thackery of Salisbury; her sister Judith Pauline; and her brother-in-law Harold Cooper of Bellefontaine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
