She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Richard and Kathryn Schultz (Carr); and her husband Joseph Crook. She is survived by: her brother Ted Schultz (Penny) of Belle Center; her nephew Thad Schultz of Dayton, Ohio; and her niece Kimberlee Ramsey (Steve) of West Liberty.
