She was predeceased by: her father Charles Henry Moss; her husband Kenneth E. Turner; her son James C. Turner; her stepson John Turner; and her grandson Brandon Turner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Nicol of Bellefontaine, Janet Turner of Lewistown, Michelle Zimmerman (Chris) of Waynesfield and Angela Mathews of Bellefontaine; her stepchildren, Larry Turner of Atlanta and Barbara Wade (Bob) of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and her close friends, Pam Grube, Jaye Domoto, Melanie and Brian Geboy. She is also survived by many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
