Kelly; her daughter Terri Thompson; her grandson Chad Huffman; her sisters, Beverly McKinley, LouAnn Craig and Linda; her daughters, Pamela Crumm (Rick) and Lisa Huffman; her grandchildren, Rick Crumm Jr. (Amanda), Mindy Thompson (Joe), Dustin Huffman, David Crumm (Stacy), Shane Huffman (Ariel) and Anthony Thompson (Tiffany); and her brother Roger Tapp of Bellefontaine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
