She is survived by: her husband Harry Maxwell Mullins, Jr.; her sons, Chad Mullins (Rhonda) and Mike D. Mullins; her grandchildren, Taryn Mullins, Avery Mullins and Silas Mullins; her stepgrandsons, Matthew Roderick and Lucas Roderick; and her sister Janice Ebert (Bruce).
