He is survived by: his wife Carol Stevens (Fisher) of Tommy's Diner; his sons, John Stevens (Teri), Greg Stevens and Don Stevens (Karla); his grandchildren, Keri Fergus, Kelly Ruble (Mike), Katie Palmer (Adam), Herman Stevens, Henry Stevens, Melissa Hall, Heather Stevens and Erin Miller (David); his great grandchildren, Nick (Taylor), Emily (Dean), Alexa, Kayli (Jacob), Abby, Jacob and Megan; his great great grandchildren, Zadia, Alyssa, Baylynn, Lyric, Micah, Bentley, Harper and Brooke; his brothers-in-law, Dean Fisher (Sherry) and Michael Fisher (Sue); his niece Jan Stover; and his close friends, Gerald Houchin and Al Johnson.
