He is survived by: his wife Mary Ruth (Knoff); his daughters, Beverly Dodds (Ronald) of Marysville and Karen Topping (William) of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Angie Brede (Roy), Andrea Grundy (Alex), Aaron Topping (Peggy Payne) and Leigh Anne Meyer (Nate); and his half-brother Hally Simmons.
