He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethel Rich (Mick) and Sherman Smalley; his siblings, David Smalley, Trudy Stephens (Rick), Lynda Brininger (Tom) and Sherman Smalley Jr.; his wife Carol Smalley; his children, Larry Jr. Smalley (Melissa), Joseph Smalley and Sue Webster (Tim Gilmore); his grandchildren, Antonio Rosales Jr. (Kelsey), Ricky Sawmiller, Anthony Beckman, Shiana Smalley and Karyl Webster; his great grandchildren, Avian Smith, Shane Rosales and Kyngston Rosales; and his niece Tina Craig. He was also cherished by His family also included several nieces, nephews and in-laws.
