He was predeceased by: his mother Cleo N. Norton (Hoge). He is survived by: his father Ray C. Norton; his wife Rosemarie (McGoldrick); and his daughters, Alesa Norton, Kaprice Anderson (Allen), Janet Norton, Victoria Kemper (Matthew) and Elizabeth Richardson (Roland). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
