He is survived by: his spouse Hellyn Carpenter; his stepdaughters, Sarah Parker (Neil) and Holly Levi (Tyler); his grandchildren, Hayden, Jaydyn, Raiden, Kendra and Meredith; his niece Elly Cash (Corey); his great-nephew Maxemus Cash; and his sisters-in-law, Sue and Liz Parker.
