He was predeceased by: his father Charles Ellis Neal; and his siblings, Tina Gressner and Allen Neal. He is survived by: his mother Doris E. Neal (Hoffman); his daughter Holly Cooper; his grandchildren, Triston, Tina Cooper, Aleah, Dakotah Lewis and Aubrey Kabria; and his siblings, Diana Sherrick, Ed Neal (Linda) and Jerry Neal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Huntsville Cemetery (3691 County Rd 37, Huntsville, OH 43324).
