He is survived by: his wife Teresa Louise Foulk (Marshall); his children, Brittany Foulk of Bellefontaine, April Foulk (Tae) of Bellefontaine, Ashley Marshall of Ohio, Amanda Marshall of Ohio, Geddy Foulk (Jessica) of Prospect and Kyle Foulk of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Josh, Aundrea, Kaiden, Jaylinn, Rhiya, Ryaleigh, Hendrix, Jair, Lavonte, Javion, Chuckie and Kellan; his siblings, Mel Patterson of Bellefontaine, Judy Bowen (Doug) of Kenton, Mike Foulk (Diana) of Bellefontaine and Kevin Foulk (Tanya) of Prospect; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Meade (Leroy), Mike Marshall (Carol), Keith Marshall (Charlotte) and Tim Marshall; his pets, Izzie, Cash, Bella and Rosco; and his close friends, Rusty, Greg, Ricky, Billy and Steph.
