Keith A. Blake Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 28, 2022, at the age of 31, Keith A. Blake of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandmother Marsha Scott; and his great-grandparent Betty Banning. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Blake and Reva Kossel Blake; his wife Valerie Datres; his son Spencer; his brother Philip Blake (Jayma Niederkohr) of Lakeview; and his grandparents, Nancy and Harold "Doc" Kossel of Lakeview. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
