He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandmother Myrtle Mae Hatfield; his wife Carol Sue (McGinnis); his children, Cynthia Irick (Ronald) of West Liberty, Sharon Ganson (Tony) of Bellefontaine, Janet Fonner of Hilliard, Gary Jones (Valerie) of Plain City, Linda Fultz (Robert) of Bellefontaine, Alan Jones (Lori) of Bellefontaine, Nancy Penny (Michael) of Bellefontaine and Jeffrey Jones (Michelle) of Hilliard; his siblings, Maxine Louise Payne of DeSoto, MO, Rosa Violet Steen of Ferguson, MO, James Edward Jones (Geraldine) and Myrtle Ann Brown (Leonard Eugene); and his brothers-in-law, Elice Austin Payne and Howard Steen (Junior). He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren.
