Joy King Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy King of Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on January 29, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joy King to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence R. Jones and Mary Kathryn Jones (King); her daughter Penny L Cummins; her brother Jim "Moose" Jones; and her husband Robert R. King of King's Harvest Singers.
She is survived by: her children, Scott King (Victoria J.) and Faith Willans (Carl); her grandchildren, Melissa A. Vollmar (Nathan), Dane E. King (Andrea), Deric A. King (Sarah), Abigail J. Willans, Corey D. Cummins and Benjamin L. Cummins; her brother Jerry L. Jones; her brother-in-law Dale E. King; and her cousins, Marilyn Lairsey, Joanna Watt and Helen T. King. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center (321 N Main St, Bellefontaine, OH 43311). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
