It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome W. Ritter of Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on January 25, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerome W. Ritter to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert B. Ritter and Elizabeth Ritter; his siblings, Virginia and Richard; and his nephew Ed Dee.

He is survived by: his brother Jack Ritter (Carol) of Lancaster; his children, Kimberly Gignac of Pittsburgh, PA, Scott J. Ritter (Renata) of Wesley Chapel, FL and Matthew J. Ritter (Megan) of Haddonfield, NJ; his grandchildren, Catherine Gignac of Pittsburgh, PA, Margaret Thomas (Sam) of Madison, WI, Jameson Ritter of Telluride, CO, Mitchell Ritter of St. Petersburg, FL and Finnley Ritter of Haddonfield, NJ; his friend Joanne; and his wife Joanne.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Logan County Education Foundation and the Ritter Family Grant.
