He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton M. Lee and Kathryn G. Lee (Irvin); his sister Janet Bushong; and his stepson James Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee (Rayles); his daughters, Kristol L. Short (Scott) and Sandra Lee Williams (Casey); his stepdaughters, Tonia McCullough (Paul) and Misty Lethcoe (James); his brother-in-law Daniel Bushong; his niece Danielle Healy; and his nephew Darrin Bushong. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 19 step-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center (321 N Main St, Bellefontaine, OH 43311). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Greenwood-Union Cemetery (676 Cretcher St, De Graff, OH 43318).
