She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Eugene Schultz and Mildred Lucille Schultz (Meisner); her husband Lawrence Eugene Spain; and her son Jerald "Jerry" Eugene Spain. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Spain Collier (Dwight), JoEtta Spain (Jeff Payne) and Michelle Spain (Nidia Hayes); her granddaughters, Courtney Collier Rosenberg (Danny) and Brittany Collier; and her brother James Schultz (Nedra). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
