She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton C. Heisler and Ada Heisler (Ross); her husband Eugene R. Popp; and her grandson Darius Popp. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis E. Popp (Robin) of West Mansfield, Steven R. Popp (Linda Kay) of West Liberty and Ronald E. Popp (Carol) of Bellefontaine; her grandchildren, Sherri Duvall, Samantha Hiltebran (Aaron), Eric Popp and Steven A. Popp (Autumn); and her sister Jacqueline Heisler. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
