He was predeceased by: his father John Eugene; his brother-in-law Ben Slade; and his former wife Beverly K. Brown (Snyder). He is survived by: his children, Daniel Artis of Troy, Jaymi Brown of Marysville, Nick Brown of Bellefontaine and Shawn Rogan (Kyla) of Bellefontaine; his siblings, John E. "Skeeter" Brown (Michelle) of Bellefontaine, Jo Ann Slade of Columbus, Harold C. Brown (Rhonda) of Bellefontaine, Robert D. "Bobby" Brown of West Liberty, Meri A. Scott (Larry) of Zanesfield and Dee Loralee "Candy" Brown of Bellefontaine; and his former wife Mary L. Brown (Miller) of Bellefontaine. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
