With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Lewis of Bellefontaine, Ohio, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on July 21, 2021 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sandra L. Drake; and his aunt Tanya Holstein. He is survived by: his parents, Ted A. Lewis and Deann K. Lewis (Drake) of Bellefontaine; his siblings, Daniel F. Lewis of Bellefontaine, Emily France of Kettering, Matthew House of Cincinnati, Jason A. Lewis (Sara) of Marysville and Thomas P. Lewis of Clovis; his grandfather William F. Drake of Springfield; and his close friend Alex Lindstrom of Bellefontaine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
