She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Cummins and Colleen Cummins (Morris); and her brother-in-law Sam Bowman. She is survived by: her siblings, Jeanne Bowman of Urbana, Joyce Snapp (Kerry) of DeGraff, Richard Cummins (Ada) of Waynesfield, Robb Cummins (Missy) of DeGraff, Russ Cummins (Jill) of Casstown and Ryan Cummins (Lisa) of Willoughby Hills. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Logan County, Ohio Chapter of the American Cancer Society.
